Christian Brothers Automotive has announced plans to open its inaugural Jacksonville franchise, a decision driven by the city’s demographic advantages. According to Chief Growth Officer Brad Fink, this move marks a long-awaited entry into the Jacksonville market. The new repair shop, set to be built in Bartram Village, South Jacksonville, reflects the company’s strategic choice to serve an area with substantial potential for customer engagement.

Construction and Community Impact

The Jacksonville location will be constructed on a 1.1-acre site at 13918 Village Lake Circle, with a construction permit valued at $950,000 issued on July 5. The development, managed by F&M Contractors Inc., is slated to begin by the end of July and open in the first quarter of 2024. This facility will serve as a community hub, featuring advanced automotive repair services while supporting local non-profits and community events.

Christian Brothers Automotive continues to thrive in Florida, with 14 existing locations across the state. The company, known for its “love your neighbor as yourself” ethos, provides franchisees with comprehensive support, from site development to financing, allowing them to focus on business operations. The franchise model is designed to accommodate newcomers, including veterans, who receive a 10% discount on franchise fees through the VetFran program.
