Raul Rielo-Fernandez, 42, reportedly parked his vehicle at Sam’s Club to shop for Mother’s Day gifts, leaving his 3-year-old in a stifling environment. The child was discovered by a passerby, distressed and alone in the backseat, leading to immediate police intervention.
