Volkswagen has reimagined the ID. Buzz Cargo with a festival twist, creating a one-of-a-kind “Glamper Van” that takes customization to a new level. The cargo space has been creatively transformed into a photo booth, complete with professional lighting, a camera with makeover filters, and a range of fun props. This unique feature allows festival-goers to capture memorable moments in a vibrant, Instagram-worthy setting.
Unveiled at PennFest 2023, the Glamper Van stands out with its psychedelic, multi-color wrap, making it a focal point of the event. Volkswagen aims to highlight the ID. Buzz’s versatility and its potential as a personalized vehicle for enthusiasts, echoing the iconic spirit of the classic VW Bus. This initiative continues the success of last year’s Pamper Van, showcasing Volkswagen’s commitment to blending style with functionality.
Volkswagen’s Festival Presence
At the festival, Volkswagen will also showcase the all-electric ID. Buzz passenger van, emphasizing its suitability for various adventures alongside other models like the compact Caddy California and the classic California camper vans. In Europe, the ID. Buzz Cargo serves as the electric panel van variant, while in the U.S., only the long-wheelbase passenger model is available due to import tariffs. This strategic positioning underscores Volkswagen’s focus on innovative design and customer engagement in the electric vehicle market.
